25 years ago today, my wife an I went out on our first date. It is so hard to believe that so much time has gone by, and that she has stayed with me all these years. Thanks, Barb, I love you!

I came to the church building around 4:40PM yesterday expecting to enjoy a Family Fun Night with my church family. What happened instead was a surprise 50th birthday party for me. I was completely taken in and wonderfully surprised.

I will post some photos shortly, but first I wanted to share this video clip. This song, written by Mrs. Ann King and sung by Steve and Ann King, made me laugh so hard the camera is shaking. Thank God for a church of loving people who treat me “better than I deserve.” Grace is indeed the proper name for this church.
